When reaching out to potential sponsors, we see the best results happen when emails are personalized. We recommend that you personalize sales emails as much as possible to engage new sponsor partners. Specifically, please use the contact's first name in the email template.  Use the sponsor's business name in the subject line. Try and connect the message so that you appear to be preapred, local and familiar with the contact's business. You are selling a business service, where the sponsor will pay your program to support their team. It is best to make a good impression.

If the first name is not available, then a greeting like '[school.name] Supporter!'
